A Re-Styling of Mariana’s Fogón by Suraña Architects

If you want to taste the best meat from the land of Cadiz, perhaps you should visit the remaining chain el Fogón de Mariana. They currently have 8 restaurants in the province of Cadiz: two in the city itself, two in Jerez, one in Chiclana and three in San Fernando. And it is in the so-called Isla de León where the studio Suraña Arquitectos has been in charge of the new project of Re-Styling of Fogón de Mariana, in one of the two premises located in the Bahía Sur Shopping Center.

A place with thousands of possibilities, and each and every one of them have been studied and put into practice by the study of the brothers Isabel and Jose. A large restaurant where you can enjoy the best meat and the tastiest sausages from Cadiz. This restaurant has several spaces and all very cozy, with little corners where to maintain more intimate meetings and to be able to enjoy a familiar and relaxed evening.

With a predominance of marine, brown and earth colors in chairs and tables; natural materials such as wood, rattan or rope in both chairs and screens; and the freshness of black metals in lighting and shelves, or glass in some of its lamps, all to envelop us in a space full of details and very warm, enjoy delicacies surrounded by a careful decoration.

It is worth mentioning the upholstered benches, very fashionable in restoration projects, not only for their comfort, but also for their flirtatious aesthetics and for creating a very pleasant atmosphere.
