A hyper careful project, architecture, decoration, styling, accessories, gastronomy…everything to make you repeat again and again in an environment that leaves no one indifferent.

Perro Viejo is not an ordinary restaurant, it is a round concept, starting with the place where the restaurant is located, a complete old house of 3 floors, located in the center of both cities.

A total renovation of the place, creating a spectacular space, with brick cladding, wood and terrazzo floors, subtle lighting to highlight textures, corners and materials … a context to delight. And it is here where the natural Mediterranean style decoration flows with rustic touches. Well-chosen furniture, wood in natural or dark tones, natural fibers and upholstery in sand and terracotta colors. And to continue with the round concept, details in the table settings, natural fiber rugs accompanying the maxi lamps made of banana leaves, plants as centerpieces and brown kitchenware.

It is clear, the context is important, creating an environment where to enjoy visually, to be comfortable and relaxed is fundamental, but we are not going to forget the main thing, the food. Perro Viejo’s menu is a delight, tapas, rice, pasta, fish, meat… dishes prepared with care, tastefully plated and with an exquisite flavor. Pairing it with a good wine will be easy, they have a spectacular wine list, not only Riberas and Riojas but also wines from Andalusia and Galicia. Finishing with a delicious homemade dessert will be the final point of the round experience at Perro Viejo.
