Picantón and Casa Yaki, 2 new establishments of the Perro Viejo group in downtown Seville

Pincantón and Casa Yaki are the two new establishments of the Perro Viejo group, and both share space in an old 19th century palace located in the heart of Seville with capacity for 200 diners.

The first floor and the second floor are occupied by Picantón, specializing in chicken and grilled meats. The restaurant has a large patio with a spectacular grill. Decorated in a luxurious Mediterranean style, this space is a masterful blend of materials such as wood, natural fibers and tiles in different rooms.

The second floor is occupied by Casa Yaki, dedicated to Asian cuisine and drinks. Casa Yaki shares with Picantón not only the building, but also the concept of the grill, with the robata being the main attraction behind the bar.
The decoration in Casa Yaki follows the same line of Picantón but adds some boldness, such as the neon signs, the retro Japanese signage or the ceiling of the main room, formed by a sky of backlit Japanese umbrellas.

This spectacular palace house has undergone a radical renovation, carried out by Modo Obra and designed by Persevera, maintaining the balance between the Perro Viejo group’s identity and aesthetics and the building’s heritage value.
