California Burger Tarifa has been in the center of this town in Cadiz for years. A charming place that its owner César Silva has managed to renovate, and turn it into the 2.0 of the burgers.

With a very personal aesthetic, the industrial style predominates, with large black metal sconces, simulating old factory lampposts, worn walls, others with wooden slats, leather and metal stools, and an endless number of details that mark a unique style of its own. Some very retro and kitsch touches, and some touches of exoticism, this burger not only stands out for its aesthetic change, if not for the quality of its product, is recognized by hundreds of users as one of the best burgers, plus a very welcoming and friendly service.
